* Dependant on access times and nature of problem, urgency will be determined by Bartech admin. staff and engineers will respond within set time limit when call logged. Response may just be a telephone call to arrange appointment for after the 24-hours as mentioned above.
**Dependant on stock availability of any parts etc. that may be required. Due to wide range of units available we cannot carry all spares on our vans and have to restrict our stock to universal parts only. If parts are not available on first visit, we will endeavour to get the unit working on a temporary basis or supply a loan unit in replacement if workshop repairs are required (subject to charge).
