BLUE SEAL PASTA COOKERS
The Blue Seal Evolution Series Pasta Cooker is built for speed. Fully modular, and featuring a unique single pan design, it comes well equipped for the continuous production of perfect pasta.

From variable high boil to standby simmer, the patented infra-red burner system maintains constant water temperature and enables faster turnaround of product through outstanding recovery times from low heat settings.

The standard provision of four baskets allows four different pasta types to be cooked at the same time.

COMBINATION STEAMERS
The all new Combi Steamer Range features manual controls, an ability to programme 99 recipes with nine cycles in automatic sequence, digital display, humidifier, cavity lights, a core temperature probe and hand shower as standard.

All units feature the class leading Autoclima humidity control system and an automatic reversing fan that ensures excellent air distribution, cooking performance and moisture retention, irrespective of the food groups and quantity of food being cooked.

The range contains five gas and five electric models and are available in a choice of 6, 10, 20 and 40 1/1GN chamber capacities.

 

WATER BOILERS
These boilers incorporate the latest technology with state of the art electronics incorporating a digital display which reports the boiler status and provides easily readable early warning of limescale build up and full diagnosis of any component failure. Models incorporate the new eco mode which allows you to switch the boiler to energy saving half capacity during your quiet periods.
